I had the privilege of sitting down with Nick in a 1 on 1 interview recently to learn exactly how he started a business that made $350k in the first 6 months, to now making $1.15 Million just a few years later.

Nick’s story is a reminder that entrepreneurial success often begins with finding a problem and being passionate about solving it. When Nick left his 13 year career in the restaurant industry, he landed a job at a real estate education company. He talked to hundreds of real estate investors and realized that they were all faced with one problem: generating new leads for real estate deals.

But Nick didn’t just see a problem, he saw a massive opportunity. This is the mindset shift that separates wanna-be-preneurs from the real entrepreneurs.

This may just be the opposite of what every business guru teaches online, but Nick has always taken a very hands-on approach to his business. He know the ins and outs of his processes and systems because he was the one that created them!
